Cairo, Giza, or Alexandria
- Delivery within 1-2 business days
- During major sales, delivery may take 5-14 business days
Outside Cairo
- Delivery within 1-5 business days for orders outside Cairo, Giza, or Alexandria
- During major sales, delivery may take 5-14 business days
- Cash on delivery is not available for orders exceeding 10,000 EGP
- Delivery outside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria depends on vehicle access
Warranty Policy
- Laptop warranty: 3 months, Battery and charger: 14 days
- Device and screen: 1 month replacement, 5 months maintenance
- Hard drive warranty: 3 days
- New accessory warranty: 6 months
- Warranty is void if warranty sticker is removed
- No warranty on power adapters
- No warranty on used accessories of any type
