Return and Exchange Policy

• The customer must have only one account on the website. • A purchase voucher can only be used once per customer. • A discount code can only be used once per customer. • In case of creating multiple accounts or using a purchase voucher more than once, the company has the right to take legal action. • In case of return with cash on delivery payment, the customer has the right to receive a cash refund (within Cairo and Giza) within a maximum of 10 days. • If the customer wants to return the product due to change of mind/dislike of the product/no technical reason, provided that the product is returned in its original condition without any defects or damage, the customer will pay the fees for picking up the returned product. • The offer is not valid for partial returns on a single item from the invoice. • In case of return, the value will be refunded using the same payment method within 14 days only, provided that the product is in the same condition as purchased.

Temporary Offers and Discounts

Bank Installment Sales

Warranty Policy

• Laptop warranty: 3 months, Battery and charger: 14 days • Device and screen: 1 month replacement, 5 months maintenance • Hard drive warranty: 3 days • New accessory warranty: 6 months • Warranty is void if warranty sticker is removed • No warranty on power adapters • No warranty on used accessories of any type

Arbitration and Governing Law

In case of any disputes or disagreements arising from the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions, they must be settled and finally decided through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed according to the rules of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration. These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied according to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Accordingly, each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt and waive any objections related to venue. All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the website, and all content information and designs on the website, are considered our property. All rights reserved.
